Submitting a Complaint

The Association encourages residents to first attempt to resolve an issue with a neighbor directly, before contacting the Association. In some cases, a conversation or note to make your neighbor aware of an area of concern can go a long way to alleviate misunderstandings.

For complaints regarding violations of the Community Rules or a cause for concern in a common area, please submit information in writing, using the Newington Forest Complaint Form.

Policy Resolution 14: Procedures Relating to the Submission and Resolution of Complaints explains the complaint process. Some issues (e.g. Pets and Parking) have more specific directions for resolving complaints and that information may be found by reading those Resolutions, found on the Policies and Procedures page of this website.
