The Association requires an Architectural Change Request to be submitted and processed before beginning an exterior project at your property. This helps to ensure exterior changes you would like to make to your property are in line with the Standards of the community. Standards for exterior changes can be found in Administrative Resolution 1 and are established in part by a group of volunteer residents serving on the Architectural Review Committee and by the Board of Directors.
Property maintenance goes hand in hand with exterior changes. Maintaining the structures and materials of your home and property retains the value of your own property and that of the community as a whole.
