Have you ever thought about having a party or a meeting, but decided against it because you didn’t have enough space? Next time consider renting out the party room at the Association Community Center! The amenity is available to residents of Newington Forest who are in good standing. A Community Center Rental Form will need to be completed and Policy Resolution 7 (rules pertaining to renting the facility) will need to be read prior to using the facility.
Located just above the pool, our party room provides space for up to 49 people, includes a kitchen area with microwave, sink and refrigerator, folding chairs and long tables as well as a deck to allow for expansion of activities.
The cost to rent the Community Center is:
5 hours or less: $125.00 (Hourly rate of $25.00/hour available weekdays only) Over 5 hours and up to all day: $200.00 (All Day:10 a.m.-1:00 a.m.) A security deposit of $250 is also required. Please complete the Community Center Rental Request form and return it to the Association office. Security Deposit: A check in the amount of $250.00 (payable to NFCA) is due 2 weeks prior to the date of the room use.
- All users who cancel less than 14 days prior to the event will not receive a usage fee refund unless NFCA is able to book another party for that date.
- You are responsible for the room while your group is using it. Please keep it clean and report any damages to the Association Office (703)451-8563.
- You are responsible for restoring the room to its pre-rental condition. If it is necessary for the Association staff to complete any items listed under the cleaning responsibility of the rental agreement (#8), the Association will retain the entire security deposit.
